Service: coopiloto, operated by socialphilia america inc.

Description: coopiloto is a personal productivity assistant that works with you over WhatsApp. You talk to coopiloto on WhatsApp to save notes, organize links, draft emails, query your calendar and more; this website is a private space to review what has been saved and manage your profile and integrations.

Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

Acceptable use

Don't use coopiloto for illegal activity, harassment, or to violate the rights of others.

Google Calendar and Gmail

Connecting Google is optional. If you connect it, coopiloto will only do with your calendar and your mail what you ask it to. With Calendar it reads the events of the calendars you select to prepare your daily briefing and to answer your questions, and creates, edits or deletes events only on your explicit request. With Gmail it reads the messages you ask about, and sends or replies to a message only after you have seen the draft and told it to send. It never acts on your calendar or your mail on its own initiative. You can revoke this connection at any time from /integraciones or from your Google account, and coopiloto will stop accessing your Google data immediately.

coopiloto's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Deleting your data

You can delete your notes, links and conversations from inside the app at any time. To delete your account and all associated data, write to hola@coopiloto.com; we erase it and revoke the connected Google and Microsoft authorisations within 30 days.

Calendario de Google y Gmail

Conectar Google es opcional. Si lo conectas, coopiloto solo hará con tu calendario y con tu correo lo que tú le pidas. Con Calendar lee los eventos de los calendarios que selecciones para preparar tu resumen diario y para responder a lo que preguntes, y crea, modifica o elimina eventos únicamente cuando se lo pides. Con Gmail lee los correos por los que preguntas, y envía o responde un mensaje solo después de que hayas visto el borrador y le digas que lo mande. Nunca actúa por iniciativa propia. Puedes revocar esa conexión cuando quieras desde /integraciones o desde tu cuenta de Google, y coopiloto dejará de acceder a tus datos de Google de inmediato.

El uso y la transferencia por parte de coopiloto de la información recibida de las APIs de Google se ajustan a la Google API Services User Data Policy, incluidos sus requisitos de Uso Limitado.

Borrado de tus datos

Puedes borrar tus notas, links y conversaciones desde la propia aplicación cuando quieras. Para eliminar la cuenta y todos los datos asociados escribe a hola@coopiloto.com: los borramos y revocamos las autorizaciones de Google y Microsoft en un plazo máximo de 30 días.
