coopiloto, a service of socialphilia america inc ("we", "us") provides a personal web-based productivity assistant. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your choices. Contact: hola@coopiloto.com.
Information we collect
- Account data: email address.
- Profile data: display name, city, timezone, preferences.
- Chat messages you send to and receive from coopiloto.
- Notes, links and reminders you create through the assistant.
- Voice notes (audio) you record in the chat.
- OAuth tokens for Google or Microsoft (Calendar, Mail) only if you connect them.
- Standard technical logs needed to operate the service.
How we use information
- To operate the coopiloto chat assistant and reply to your messages.
- To store your notes, links, reminders, and preferences.
- To diagnose problems, prevent abuse, and improve reliability.
Subprocessors
- Google or Microsoft — only if you connect Calendar or Mail.
- Lovable Cloud (Supabase) — database, authentication, file storage.
- Lovable AI Gateway and Anthropic — AI model inference for assistant replies.
Data retention and deletion
To request full account deletion, email hola@coopiloto.com.
Security
Data is stored on Lovable Cloud with row-level security. OAuth tokens are stored encrypted at rest. Access is restricted to operating the service.
Children
coopiloto is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be posted at this URL with a new "last updated" date.
